All items are made-to-order and built entirely in our manufacturing facility. Because of the size of the item(s), a freight forwarder will be used to deliver your order. You must complete these questions on your cart page to receive an accurate shipping invoice:

  • Residential Delivery or Business Delivery
  • Dock Delivery or Curbside Delivery with Lift Gate
  • Do you need pallet and packing material removed? Yes or No

 

A shipping invoice is provided in addition to the invoice for the purchase of your item(s). An invoice specific to shipping will be emailed within two business days following your order. The shipping invoice must be paid within two business days of receipt or delays in your manufacturing and delivery timeline may occur.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be inspected by the purchaser during the time of delivery. In the event of damage to your item(s) during shipping, do NOT accept damaged goods. See Terms and Conditions > Product Terms > Damaged Item(s) for details.

On the day of delivery, a Damage Claim must be reported. See Terms and Conditions > Product Terms > Damage Claim for details.

After your fulfillment notification, delivery times will vary based on your location. Estimated delivery is 2-5 days for shipping in the continental U.S.

Abnormal shipping times and charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska.
